Are you experiencing issues with your Hidepay due to automatic payment translations? These can lead to confusion and hinder the smooth functioning of transactions. In this tutorial, we'll guide you through an alternative method for handling payments securely and efficiently, preventing any malfunctions.

Share your logs with the support team. This step is fundamental for the ID identification that targets the position of each payment method. 

To share logs these are the steps you need to follow:

After you shared logs the support team will have the possibility to tell you the exact position of each method.

This is the outcome:

For example, the position of "Klarna Pay Now" is number 6, as you can see in this screenshot.

In this case the payment ID is id:6

Rather than adding the specific name of the payment method, enter its ID to prevent automatic translation.

These are the steps.

Now toggle the button to hide and you're done!

This method will allow you to bypass all the payment methods that have autotranslation.

Important: To keep the rule working correctly you need to keep the same order of the payment methods, if you change the order the rule will target any payment that will be in the "id:position" you indicated in the rule.
