How to Include/Exclude Collections or Customers from Discount

You now have the ability to decide whether to include or exclude certain collections or customers from receiving discounts.

With the latest update to Multiscount, we aim to provide you with greater flexibility in customization. Therefore, we have added two important options.

These options are available even in the premium plan and allow you to include or exclude specific collections or customers from discounts.

As shown in the screenshot below, once you activate the option for a product/collection and/or customer tag, you can choose whether they are included by selecting “Is” in the field (this is the default choice) or if you want to exclude them by selecting “Is not.”

With this feature, you can exclude certain customers from special discounts on specific collections/products or exclude certain products/collections from discounts for specific customers.

As you can see, with these two simple rules, you can create more tailored discounts using our Multiscount feature.
