Why is the gift not added to the cart during testing?

Make sure that:

  • The Multiscount Auto Gift app embed is enabled in your theme

  • The discount conditions are met

  • The gift is set as free

  • The discount is active and properly synced with the storefront

  • If other discounts are active, they must be combinable with product discounts.
    If discount combinations are not allowed, the Automatic Gift may be limited or not run at all.
