To translate your payment methods, click on "Manage Translations" and then on "Manage Payment Translations" or on "Create a new payment translation"

Then 1) select the Shopify Market for which you want translate your payment options, 2) select the payment method to translate, 3) select the language to translate it into, 4) provide the translation, 5) hit save.
