There are two main reasons why discount functions might not be saving:

1. Creating Automatic Discounts:

   You may be attempting to create an automatic discount while already having 5 active automatic discounts.

   Note: If an automatic discount is scheduled, meaning it's set to activate in the future, it still counts as ACTIVE.

2. Creating Code Discounts:

   You may be trying to create a CODE DISCOUNT, but there's already a discount created with the same Code.

   Note: Even if the discount code is mistakenly deactivated because discount codes are unique.
