To translate your payment methods, click on "Manage Translations" and then on "Manage Delivery Translations" or on "Create a new delivery translation"

Then 1) select the Shopify Market for which you want translate your delivery options, 2) select the delivery method to translate, 3) select the language to translate it into, 4) provide the translation, 5) hit save.
