What to do if you already have an active Plan on HidePay or HideShip?

If you're already subscribed to a paid plan on HidePay or HideShip, and you activate the HideSuite plan, you might temporarily get charged for both.

To avoid double billing, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Activate the HideSuite plan from the billing section of either HidePay or HideShip.

  2. Open the other app, the one you didn’t use to activate HideSuite (e.g., if you activated from HidePay, open HideShip).

  3. You’ll see a red alert banner at the top of the dashboard, notifying you that your old plan is still active and needs to be deactivated.

  4. Click the “Deactivate” button inside the banner.

  5. That’s it! Your old subscription will be cancelled immediately.

From now on:
