To hide a delivery option method for customers who entered a PO Box address, you can utilize the CONDITION window, under the Shipping category choose the option Shipping address. 

After that you can choose the condition you want to apply

Now click on Add address and input the address to which you want the condition to apply.

The address is added, and now all you have to do is choose which shipping method you prefer to hide.

Remember to SAVE!
